We offer complimentary Carers Tickets to ensure everyone can enjoy the magic of Pumpkin Nights safely and comfortably. This ticket is for individuals who are attending solely to support a guest with additional needs or disabilities.

Please Note:

• Carers must be accompanying a paying visitor who requires assistance. Max 2 carers per visitor. 
• Proof of carer status will be requested upon entry (e.g., a DLA/PIP letter, Access Card, or similar).
• This ticket does not include any additional activity participation for the carer, such as the barrel train.
