Our shoulder of grass fed lamb on the bone is perfect for a slow roast. Dressed with fresh mint and rosemary and cooked on a low heat, the meat becomes fall-apart tender and delicious with crispy garlic roast potatoes. Save the bone to make your own rich lamb stock!
