FAQ'S CHRISTMAS EXPERIENCE

What you need to know!

hOW DO I CHECK IN?

On arrival please follow the lights and gingerbread men from the car park up to our Christmas Experience event.

You must arrive 5 minutes before your allocated time-slot, lateness could result in missing elements of the experience. Please have all your QR codes ready at the entrance for scanning.

How long can we stay at The Christmas Experience?

The Christmas Experience lasts approx 2.5-3 hours. However you can stay as long as you like!

The first 2 hours of the experience is guided by your own magical elf, then you’re free to explore the barn, enjoy food & drink, and hop on the tractor ride back to the farm shop.

Where should I park?

Ample parking is available on site including disabled access.

Are tickets refundable?

All pre-purchased tickets are non-refundable. If you have any issues with your booking please email info@strawberryfieldslifton.co.uk at least 48 hours prior to your booked date and we will do our best to accommodate any amendments.

Card payment only

Our event is cashless with card payment only to provide a fast, convenient and secure payment method.

What should we wear?

This is a rain, shine (or snow!) event - the elves will be there whatever the weather, so please be sure to wrap up warm!

Wellies/sensible footwear advised. As we are a farm we advise everyone should have wellies on and we would recommend old clothes or waterproofs for the children (encase of rain) - just so they can have the best fun!

Are DOGS ALLOWED?

No dogs are allowed inside the Christmas Experience.

Is the event wheelchair/pushchair friendly?

Due to uneven ground, the Christmas Experience may be unsuitable for pushchairs and wheelchairs.
