Vegetable Boxes

Our produce is harvested fresh every morning of the week from our fields here at Lifton. Our fields here in the Tamar Valley gives us a long harvesting window of frost free weather. As well as our weather being kind to our winter crops throughout the winter months.

Our own produced fruit and vegetables can be seen growing around the shop and the surrounding land. And if we can’t grow it, it is locally sourced from a farm in West Cornwall, where the climate is warmer and more suited for growing certain products. 

Choose from a family box (large) or an individual box (small).

Eating with the seasons means you get veg at its peak for flavour, freshness, and nutrition, while supporting more sustainable growing practices. Contents may vary week to week, but everything is chosen for quality and taste.

Please note - Due to the seasonal changes in the vegetables from our field there may occasionally be substitutes.  Don't worry though - we will make sure that your box is still packed full of squeaky vegetables harvested straight from our farm!
